Before making a reservation, it is your responsibility to carefully review the fine print associated with your desired product or service. This includes sections such as pricing, tour itinerary, package inclusions and exclusions, cancellation and refund policy, terms and conditions, and special notes. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood all the details and waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.
Reservation Process and E-Ticket
Upon submitting your reservation, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email, which does not guarantee seat availability. Within one to two business days of payment confirmation, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. An E-Ticket containing tour details and contact information for the local tour operator will be sent to you separately. Please present your printed E-Ticket and valid ID at the check-in desk on the day of departure.
Privacy Policy
Zeenath Travels is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. We collect and use information solely for processing reservations and providing relevant information to enhance your experience. We do not sell or share your information with outside parties unless required by law.
Liability and Insurance
Zeenath Travels strongly recommends that customers obtain travel insurance to cover medical, trip cancellation, and baggage-related incidents. We act as an agent for tour providers and shall not be liable for any accidents, loss or damage of properties, injuries, delays, or other occurrences beyond our control. Settlements will be made in accordance with the rules set by airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
Tour Adjustments and Cancellation Policy
Tour providers reserve the right to amend, postpone, or cancel tours due to uncontrollable circumstances, including weather conditions, transportation issues, or inadequate participant numbers. Please review the specific cancellation and refund policy for your tour.
Terms and Conditions
The rates quoted are subject to change without notice. Hotel room reservations are subject to availability. Full payment is required upon tour confirmation, and the deposit amount is non-refundable. Itineraries may be subject to changes at the discretion of the tour operator. Zeenath Travels acts as an agent and shall not be held liable for any acts or omissions of service providers or changes in government regulations.

Order Limitations
Zeenath Travels reserves the right to reject or limit any product order, including quantities and sales to dealers or re-sellers, at our discretion.
